1. Service Description

Physio Rehab Hub provides physiotherapy products, rehabilitation equipment, and wellness solutions. All products are carefully selected and quality-assured to support your recovery journey.

2. Appointments

Appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment within 2 hours during service hours. You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without charge.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept card payments, bank transfers, and PayPal. Prices are as displayed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the full session rate. We understand that emergencies happen and will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care in providing our services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
